- For which materials are LEVMIX 750 and LEVMIX 1100 suitable?Both models reliably mix flowable materials such as leveling compounds, leveling fillers, decorative fillers, and self-leveling screeds—and thanks to their powerful motor and special VLX mixers, they can also optimally mix flowable epoxy resin or polyurethane coatings.
- How many bags can the LevMix 750 and 1100 handle?The LevMix 750 reliably mixes up to 2 bags of 50 lbs each per batch using the standard VLX 160 HF mixer. If you need to process larger quantities per mixing cycle, you can optionally upgrade to the VLX 163 HF mixer, which can handle up to 3 bags of 50 lbs each. Thanks to its 22.5 gal mixing tank, the LevMix 1100 can process up to 5 bags of 50 lbs each per batch. This reduces the number of mixing cycles required, allows large areas to be covered more quickly, and minimizes work interruptions.
- Will replacement parts be available in the long term?Yes — Replacement parts are available for up to 10 years after the machine is discontinued to ensure long-term operational readiness and investment security.
- What's the fastest way to clean the mixer?The integrated bucket cover, smooth, easily accessible surfaces, and the HF PRO quick-release coupling allow for tool-free removal of the mixer and quick removal of the bucket, reducing cleaning time and effort to a minimum.
